I was sat last night watching TV in the dark when I noticed something moving in the corner of my eye. I hit the lights and I saw a cat going around the corner into my bedroom.
When I stood up the cat turned around and must have got the shock of its life and it bolted towards the balcony door and onto the balcony never to be seen again.
OK, I hear you say so what. The thing is I live on the 10th floor of a block of flats so where this cat came from or more importantly where it went once it got on the balcony is a mystery to me.
Now I know that leaving my balcony door open is leaving me at risk to certain insects, but I always expected to see flying things rather than a four legged animal coming through the door.
I am meeting Eddie Manson and Johnny Pollock tonight for a few drinks.
