I did not have chance to renew my passport and driving licence before I left for Thailand and then I had a visa attached to my passport I did not want to loose. They both expire next year and as I do not need them at the moment I have finally got around to renewing them at the Post Office.
I may regret not having a shave or brushing my hair in a few years time but at least I still have some of my colour from Thailand left.
I have sent all my forms off today and I have my Australian passport if I decide to leave the country before my new British one arrives. I discovered that you must renew your licence every ten years with an updated photo or you could face a fine of one thousand pounds.
