I have landed back in Australia after a pleasant journey with Qantas. I have never flown with Qantas before and apart from the food on the plane it was very nice. It was on one of the new planes so it was disappointing to see that they had put such small tv screens in compared to Emirates. Emirates are well known for having the best in-flight entertainment in the industry so they have set the bar high.
I was a bit worried when I checked into Manchester using my new British passport and they said I was not allowed to travel as I had no visa, this had never happened before to me but I pulled out my Australian passport and happily declared I did not need one as I was an Aussie
I landed into Melbourne to a stunning sunrise and spent the first few days recovering in a hotel in St Kilda and sorting out my phone plan etc.
It is good to be back home, now to find a job :)
