I spent Australia day with my new Aussie girl gang, I hope I heard it correct and I am not actually in a girl band although I would probably make a good Scary Spice.
These two lovely ladies showed me how to celebrate Australia Day the Aussie way which involved walking around and only stopping for food and drinks or FREE STUFF!
Food consisted of beef burgers as usual but having one for breakfast was even a struggle for me despite them being only sliders.
The hunt for the perfect Sangria was on and we tasted a few unusual versions of it with nothing coming close to what you get in Spain but it was Australia Day and the weather was nice and sunny so as long as it was cold it was going down.
