I could not wait any longer for my egg on toast fix and today I decided to go out and get a toaster as my grill is broke. I stumbled on an appliance that not only makes toasts but can poach or steam an egg at the same time. I gave IKEA another chance and lo and behold they had everything I wanted so I got a desk with a retractable side table, chair and mat so I can glide around. I then gave Ivan a lesson on Fifa, England 2 nil down to Croatia. This weekend was ANZAC day and for the first time since I came to Australia it fell on a weekend so we missed out on a public holiday. Another amazing weekend for sport, great win for City and remarkable comeback for United to complete my quadruple accumulator :) After a hard 3 weeks I am now very close to finishing off my flex enhancements for the Do Not Call Register. Monday was a public holiday in Australia to celebrate the Queens 2nd birthday.   It is quite funny as the reason for the 2nd birthday is for the British to celebrate when it is warm, the UK ignores it and Australia has the day off.   I purchased an expresso maker and some very cool glasses which make your drink hover in the middle so the cup is not hot when you pick it up. read more

This weekend I purchased a bike, all I can say is I think it looks pretty cool but I cant tell you what to do with the 21 gears. So on SundayI rode around the Yarra River to get used to it and sat on Sunday nursing my sore bum. We are going through a with temperatures reaching 35 Celsius which is 95 Fahrenheit to the British. On Sunday the temperature rose to 110 so getting to the beach was not even an option, so i locked myself in my flat, put the air con on and watched tv all day.
