If you want to see a bad example of a website , then have a look at British Airways.

It hangs whenever I look for a flight, it is almost impossible to find an email address to contact someone there and it is so un user friendly.

Whilst I am on slagging off websites, Abbey National is not much better. When you log into the website it retains your card number which is not very security conscious at all. When I told them about it they said it was a browser issue, when I told them it was not and they just need to add a line of code they started changing there tune.
