I had a lamb, mint and pea sandwich today for lunch. I do not think I have ever had peas in that way before.
I thought at least the peas would be mushy like home but they were crunchy. I suppose it is a summer fad that is supposed to be refreshing with the mint but they ruined it and were plopping in the bin within one bite.
Weekend is here and looks like another sunny one :)
