Stoke and Sammy

manchester united kingdom

I have spent the past two days doing jobs I should have been doing when I first arrived in England. I am now behind schedule but I have done a lot since I arrived here in Manchester.

Two trips to Wembley, two Manchester City home games, one away game at Liverpool and trips to Spain and Holland.

I am back off to Spain tomorrow and I am not planning on returning to England until the 1st June when I will be flying back into Manchester for 30 hours to help my sister bring my nephew out to Spain. I have never flown with a child before so it may be an experience I never want to repeat but I plan to buy him some treats for the airplane.

I have just been to my last football match of the season and saw Manchester City beat Stoke by three goals to nil. This was the best performance I have seen since I got here. I will be missing the parade on Monday night but hopefully I will get a chance to touch the trophy before I leave England as I have chosen sunny Spain over rainy Manchester.

Today I have been chilaxin with my dog called Sammy, lots of cuddles and head rubs. He needs a lot of TLC after my nephew, who is only one chases him around the house trying to pull his tail.
