Chill Factore

I had a fun-filled day today with lots of laughs with my nephew at Chill Factore. It is home to the UK's longest indoor skiing and snowboarding slope. The picture basically sums up the whole day, he started off full of energy and played then had a rest, ate ice cream and fell asleep in the car on the way home.

My nephew however is only two so he was not allowed to go snowboarding which I think was a bit unfair. He was confined to an area for small children but he had a good time playing with the snow and sliding down icy ramps. He also spent some time gazing through the mesh at the other people on the ski lift and then coming down the slope.

After a lot of running around he was shattered and his gloves were all wet and I could tell he wanted to leave so when I asked him if he fancied an ice cream his eyes lit up. We then headed across the road to the Trafford Centre for not one but two ice creams.

He managed to lock himself inside the changing room with me on the outside trying to coach him on how to unlock it. I think the next day trip I take him on will not involve any changing of clothes, maybe the cinema and a bag of popcorn.
