I am in still in Marbella and yesterday I had to change my sheets on my bed myself which was the first time since I left Australia. I was very slow and badly out of practice but it shows how well I have been looked after.
I desperately need a hair cut and my usual hairdresser now lives in Sydney which is a bit far so next week fingers crossed I have an appointment with someone ready for my mums 60th Birthday Party.
I have got my usual Spanish heat rash so I have been on antihistamines for the past week which has not been that bad as they put you to sleep which makes sitting in the sun easier but makes going out at night harder. Today I had to go to the beach to try and keep cool and I have been drinking lots of freshly squeezed orange juice which apparently helps with heat rash.
