It has been so hot in Melbourne this week and I was afraid I would miss it all as I had work so I could not enjoy it at the beach. Thankfully it remained and it was over 40 Celsius which is 104 Fahrenheit on Saturday.
I got up early and headed to South Melbourne market to pick my 1KG of wagyu I ordered last week and then headed to Sandringham Beach to cool off in the sea.
It was a lovely day and the water was so cold it provided amazing relief from the heat.
I managed to last until six in the evening and then I had to come home as I had eaten all my food and drank 2.5L of water.
