My good friend Ben had a 30th Gatsby Party which was amazing and so nice to get dressed up for once.

Melbourne celebrates Labour Day with a public holiday on the second Monday of March every year and in 2019 it falls on Monday 11th March giving us a long weekend.
Birthday Cruise
I had left my birthday celebrations to my friend Amanda who promised me a surprise and I was not disappointed.

My birthday has fallen on a Tuesday so I am just having a quiet one to myself and I will meet my friends at the weekend for a few drinks.
Amandas 40th
It was my first cousins fortieth birthday whilst we were in Spain so all her brothers and sisters with their children were in Marbella. In addition to that her uncles, aunties and cousins and their children were also there.
Diamond Jubilee
This weekend to mark 60 years of The Queen's reign we were all given Monday and Tuesday off work to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee and make it a four day celebration.

This weekend in Manchester the weather has been lovely and sunny so on Saturday I managed to grab an hour on the balcony in the sun whilst my nephew was fast asleep. When he finally decided to get up I went to his house and we played in the garden until the ice cream van came up the street.
