Leaving Melbourne
After a long day at work I left Melbourne at midnight to go first to England and then onto Spain to meet up with my family. I had trouble staying awake for my fight and I was petrified that I would fall asleep at home and miss it.

I did not have chance to renew my passport and driving licence before I left for Thailand and then I had a visa attached to my passport I did not want to loose. They both expire next year and as I do not need them at the moment I have finally got around to renewing them at the Post Office.
Australian Passport
I received my passport this week, note under Nationality is Australian. The reason I am not smiling is that Australia has such strict guidelines on what constitutes a valid passport picture. Too close, Too far away, Too dark, Red eye, Not a neutral expression, Hair across eyes, Heavy frames and the list goes on.
Emmanuel Adebayor
I have sent off my passport application so hopefully that will arrive within the next 3 weeks. I imagine it will feel a bit like when Charlie opened up the wrapper to see the golden ticket. Another great weekend from the city boys, the only let down was that Spurs could not hang on for a draw to complete a 7 game accumulator. I walked to the market this afternoon listening to the phone in from the UK and it was all about Emmanuel Adebayor.
Citizenship Test
I took my citizenship test for immigration to Australia and passed with a score of 90% and I managed to complete it under 4mins when I had 45mins. I felt a bit sorry for the people who were already doing the test when I walked into the room and then 5mins later I was gone.
