The weather has been great in Melbourne the past couple of weeks. Warm and Sunny and since the clocks moved forward and we are now in Summer Time the sun is out later each day. This is the first summer in my new flat and the balcony is far superior to Eureka, I can come home from work at 5pm and catch the sun till it sets about 8pm creating an amazing orange sunset.
Last night I went to a friend's housewarming party whose parents are a butcher & farmer so he slow cooked one of his lambs. Amazing, it took all day but well worth it :D
Sorry I could not get a picture of the entire lamb on the split but I started chatting to someone and next thing I knew he was carving it. :lol:
No Melbourne cup update this year, I was up at 7am watching Manchester City beat Sunderland and spent the afternoo asleep in the sun.
