I went to Tanya and Neville's house for Christmas day lunch which was lovely. The food was amazing, well anytime I do not have to cook is amazing in my eyes.
The weather was a bit overcast but did clear up in the afternoon but nothing seems to stop the kids from playing in the swimming pool whereas I prefer to wait till the temperature is at least in the 30s.
I even got a present which was a selection of fresh tea from my favourite shop T2.
Security is so tight in Australia that even Santa got stopped and frisked by customs to make sure he was not trying to smuggle alcohol which is banned without a permit in Maningrida, about 310 miles east of the Northern Territory capital Darwin.
After a quick pat-down and a look under his white beard Santa was given the all clear to carry on his merry way.
Now that the festive celebrations are out of the way it is time for the real action to start, lots and lots of English Football.
