Brighton Beach

melbourne australia

I love the English Xmas football schedule where it is none stop football, 11.45pm, 2am, 4.45am and 7am games means lots of late nights and early starts. Manchester City have started this hectic period with two wins out of two making me a very happy chappy.

I even managed to have faceTime with my nephew from my mac at 2.45am which I am sure you have guessed was half time. If you have not already tried the beta then head straight over to Apple and download it.

I spent today on Brighton Beach enjoying the lovely weather and trying to recover from waking up at 2am to watch Manchester City and then for some reason I woke up again and watched the 2nd half of Manchester United at 8am. It was a nice start to the day seeing Birmingham equalise at the death as I had backed them at 4/1 and then when I came off the beach I saw that England had retained the ashes in cricket.

It is back to work next week and I still have lots of jobs I want to do so the break in football is greatly appreciated and I am not even sure if my body could take anymore without a break.
