I went to Marbella in Spain last weekend as it was a public holiday on Monday in England so I popped over, as you do to see two out of three of my nephews.
I had a great weekend playing with them both, well Jaxon does not really do much apart from smile and give his older brother strange looks, he looks worried, with good reason lol.
I shared a room with my two year old nephew which was fun in the mornings but he turned out to be a bed hog and kept pushing me out of the bed. We had lots of Cornettos, cakes and crepes and built sand castles on the beach.
I tried to introduce him to a body board in the sea but he was not enjoying it, to be honest the sea was so cold I did not blame him. He however loved the pool and his idea of jumping in the pool is actually just walking straight into it.
I took him to see the fish and tortoise but unfortunately I took my eye off him for one second and I heard a scream. I turned around and he was waist deep in the pond. LOL I should not laugh but it was very funny. I pulled him out, rubbed his knee and headed for the exit with my head down trying not to make eye contact with anyone.
Thankfully I had left Spain before the fires started but my family are still there and it has not affected them but I know a few people who have been evacuated. Hopefully they will have the fire under control very quickly. I know how bad they can get from my time in Australia.
