I have landed back in Manchester after a relaxing flight back and this is what I am greeted with. Only 24 hours earlier I was sat by a pool in Bangkok, 48 hours earlier I was sat on the beach and now all I can see from my window is snow.
I hope my body does not go into shock and I get hypothermia when my body's core temperature falls. Looking at the symptoms I think I may get it every time I come back to the UK, they include uncontrollable shivering, slow speech, memory lapses, frequent stumbling, drowsiness and exhaustion.
